Abstract
A weighted directed graph model of continuous Chinese speech recognition is presented. Its performance depends on training samples. Because people recognize and understand the speech rapidly and correctly by analyzing the background environment of the man or woman who is speaking, and the word string corresponding to the speech, we determined some parameters which correspond to the environment and human being to limit the global match space so that the CPU time of implementing the global match is reduced
