Abstract :
The current business challenge and solution supported by EERP (End-to-End Resource Planning) is presented in this paper. An approach based on SOA and component technology for EERP has been proposed and applied, which can help to realize business-goal-driven dynamic semantic integration of the web services. After analyzing the profit points and service requirements in the refinery enterprise production value chains in depth, it develops the component libraries and gives a solution to build the ERP and EERP information systems based on SOA. Considering of the two aspects about technology and management, this paper investigates the new approach to accomplish the enterprise information system. It has more advantages to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the market, to speed up the accomplishing process of information systems, and then can help enterprise to decrease their cost and enhance competition ability.
