Abstract :
It is necessary for many different information processing systems to make coding to the information entities with sorts or levels in a system. The design and structure of coding have a high effect on the data access and operating in a system. This paper mainly studies the effectiveness of coding depended on good memory and operations, and proposes a shortest coding schemata (SCS) demonstrating much superiority in computer information processing based on above. It has a feather of unfixed length, and its mean characters of input code are constant O(1) in the retrieving and editing, which is superior to general field sequence code (FSC) that is O(n) in code characters inputted and utility.
