  • Abstract
    The financial crisis triggered a global economic recession, many business failures, a greater number of enterprises, or get laid off. E-commerce companies can reduce costs, improve efficiency and expand business opportunities, become a new path of development. China can also be used to develop e-commerce to reduce the financial crisis has a negative impact on efforts to resolve a number of constraints exist in the development of China´s e-commerce factors, including imperfect credit system, on-line transaction security cannot be effective protection, logistics and distribution system constraints, such as legal policy lag; against the constraints and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, including e-commerce to speed up the construction of credit system, establish a scientific system of e-commerce security, improve logistics and distribution system and establish a sound legal system related to e-commerce has become customary and innovative network of trade in transition to achieve timely, innovative e-commerce services to develop emerging markets region, networks of innovation to achieve precision marketing services. Information through the network of small and medium-sized means of changing the mode of operation of its ongoing commitment to provide value-added products, the completion of the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, so that the resistance of e-commerce to become the biggest bright spot in financial crisis, so that the financial crisis as a turning point in the development of electronic commerce.
