Abstract :
An important task for government content is to solve the emergencies rapidly and effectively. According to the analysis of emergency decision-making process, this paper studies the relationship between the emergency information resources. Having combined with the relationship between the emergency information resources, it also creates the relationship model of the emergency information, the emergency information and emergency decision support information, and emergency support resources to the relationship between the information model including the inheritance and association relationships, and builds a problem-oriented relationship model of emergency information resources. The research results are the guide to the construction for emergency information resource library and the emergency information resources.
