Research and Application of Collaborative Management System in the Industry Chain of Steel

In the 21st century, with the further deepening of economic globalization, the competition among steel enterprises has gradually upgraded to that of industry chains. It has been proved that only integrates actively and effectively all related enterprises in the industry chain and operates collaboratively, does steel enterprise achieve an upturn in the overall competitive capacity in the industry chain of steel. From the view of enterprise competence theory (part of integration theory of industry chain), the origin and foundation, formation and mechanism of collaboration are analyzed. On the basis of theory research, system architecture of competence integration-based collaborative platform in the industry chain of steel is built. At the end of the paper, the application instance of the collaborative platform is given.
