Abstract :
The traditional teacherspsila training model hardly offers high order skills for teachers, so it must be broken. In online training for teachers, teacherpsilas professional abilities can be improved effectively by taking activity-based training. Combineing own training experiences and actual conditions of teachers, we explore training process based on activity, and have achieved more ideal results through practice. This paper introduces design principles and methods of activities for teacherspsila online training.
