Abstract :
With the unified monetary policy, the unbalance of regional economic and financial development has to be considered. To improve the effect of monetary policy, it is necessary for us to know the different regional effects from the unified monetary policy. After the unbalance of the regional economic and financial development of Jiangsu province and Henan province is analyzed, the different regional effects of the unified monetary policy are proved by empirical approaches VAR and IRF in the paper. The moderate different monetary policy can selectively be applied according to the regional reality.
