Abstract :
To prevent the spread of pornographic image and video on internet, this paper conducts a survey on web image content-based filtering technology. The color model, filtering technology and existing problems are mainly discussed in this paper. Filtering techniques are classified into three categories which are discussed for their characteristic. The results of this paper contribute to further theoretical study and extensive application to prevent the spread of pornography.
