This paper studies the structure and principle of based-CBR personal recommender system according to the characteristics of the method of case-based reasoning (CBR) and the personal recommendation cases. And a lot of design thought and methods in the personal recommender system based on case-based reasoning are discussed. Finally, the composing and function of the major modules of the personal recommender system are analyzed.
