Abstract :
A semiconductor-based 100 MHz Theta cavity design laser using a fiberized Fabry Perot etalon with an intra-cavity modified Hansch-Couillaud scheme is presented. AM noise spectra reveal suppression of the supermode noise spur by >;30 dB.
