  • Abstract
    This paper describes an architecture and operational mode for such networks and presents a new approach to the allocation of transmission bandwidth based on cell loss and cell delay variation parameters. A number of alternative algorithms for assigning priorities to mixed voice, video and data traffic have been investigated and their relative performance is presented
