Aiming at the characteristic of complicated system, the cooperation control principle and the knowledge structure evolution principle of the complicated system were analyzed. From the view of the inner similarity between intelligent action and self-organizing, the paper parsed the intelligent diagnosis process and its self-organizing essence of complicated system, and researched in-depth the task decomposition, the double restraint relation of the process and self-organizing process derive based on knowledge chain of intelligent diagnosis. The intelligent diagnosis mechanism of complicated system was announced to public from the view of knowledge structure evolution and self-organizing, which provided beneficial exploration for solving the intelligent diagnosis of modern complicated manufacture system and equipment.
