Abstract :
Transportation Planning is the planning to stipulate transportation companies working line, automobile types, shifts and schedule, which is the core and key of production plan of transportation companies. The current paper proposes that starting from improving passengers shifts, under the restriction of various conditions such as the satisfaction of transportation market requirement, automobile utilization efficiency and transportation distance, current each passengers transportation routes, automobile types and passengers transportation shifts should be optimized and arranged in order to realize the maximization of transportation and production business profits based on the satisfaction of passengers requirement. The paper dwells on the realization methods applied in highway passengers planning optimization and arrangement.
