Abstract

Global IT industry is transferring to the main-land of China in a large scale. The Pearl River Delta has become the world´s important manufacturing base for electronic information products. Based on this background, this paper carried out the empirical research between the IT industry and venture capital. It studied the risk investment, IT industry and the technological innovation in the Pearl River Delta region. What´s more, the paper proposed the related suggestions on how to establish the risk investment mechanism of IT industry, improve the regional innovation capability and further speed up the development IT industry in the Pearl River Delta.
