Abstract :
Performance management is critical in CDMA VSAT networks to help the system provide efficient services. We present two new approaches. One is to gather time varying information of the system related to performance. The other is to provide a configuration mechanism to reconfigure the network and reallocate the resources based on static structural information as well as dynamic performance data.
