Abstract
Knowledge transfer is a complex process, whether knowledge can be smoothly transferred depends on how knowledge was transferred, interpreted and absorbed. Based on the method of structural analysis, this paper studies knowledge characteristicspsila effect on knowledge transfer efficiency. Theoretical research establishes the factor of tacitness, complexity and specificity as the key factor of knowledge characteristics. Further empirical research is made to study knowledge characteristicspsila causing effect and inner relationship of structural model on the basis of investigation date and AMOS 7.0, which come up with date supporting for previous theoretical hypothesis. The main conclusion was that the measurement of knowledge transfer efficiency can be made from the aspects of knowledge transfer effect and process, knowledge tacitness, complexity and specificity are three distinct aspects of knowledge characteristics, in which the factor of knowledge characteristics exerts the most remarkable influence. The above conclusion would have active meanings for enterprise to carry effective knowledge management.
