Abstract :
Traditional rental-type application systems such as ASP and so on can not perform well in protecting userspsila data, making the rental-type application system not be widely applied. Through the analysis on the requirements of the rental-type business and the program structure of rental-type application system, the advantage and disadvantage of the B/S and C/S program structure used in rental-type application system are discussed, it concludes that the B/S and C/S program structure are not good for the development of rental business. A mixed program structure based on Web service is proposed, which is divided into two layers of Web service layer of service provider and business system layer of rental customer. The mixed program structure is a kind of feasible solution to rental-type application since it can achieve independent management on userspsila data and improve the security of the data. A CRM system for small-and-medium-sized enterprises based on the mixed program structure as an example is given.
