Abstract :
Introduced the content and methods of the hydraulic pump performance test, combined with the virtual instrument and USB data acquisition card, realized the computer automatically collecting data. And the use of LabVIEW software which has powerful numerical analysis and signal processing capabilities developed a hydraulic pump performance test system. Introduced the hardware design and the software design of the system detailedly, achieved the test of performance parameters of the hydraulic pump on pressure, flux, power and efficiency, and so on, draw the performance curves of the hydraulic pump. The present system can automatically collect and record signals, real-time display and analyze signals, save the measurement parameters and provide the performance parameters report at the scene, has advantages such as high automated, anti-interference capability, high-precision test, user-friendly, short development cycle, and so on.
