Abstract :
Based on a strategy implement, risk control and item management informationalization effectiveness evaluation model, an informationalization effectiveness evaluation framework, Aviation Equipments Maintenance Support (AEMS) Information Technology Balanced Scorecard (ITBSC) is established. In this framework, control objectives of information and related technology (COBIT) and informationalization project management are used to reengineer the internal processes. Meanwhile, an effectiveness evaluation index system of the AEMS informationalization is presented and together with a synthesis fuzzy evaluation method, it is used to evaluate an aviation company in China.
