Abstract
To increase the convergence speed and reduce the echo canceller complexity associated with the cancellations of digital subscribe loop echo responses with long tails, we propose a new IIR echo canceller with an adaptive beamformer. The proposed echo canceller was found to have a faster convergence speed and substantial complexity reduction compared with conventional FIR and IIR echo canceller
