  • Abstract
In order to optimize allocation of the networked manufacturing resources and improve the networked manufacturing system´s productivity, one method of optimizing manufacturing resources is proposed based on the bottleneck resources. Describes the networked manufacturing systempsilas productivity. Points out the networked manufacturing systempsilas productivity depend on the bottleneck resourcespsila utilization rate. Proposes the manufacturing processpsila mathematics description. Based on the fabrication technology, a model of manufacturing process is built with Petri Net. The manufacturing processpsila model includes the model of manufacturing procedure and the model of manufacturing resources. Points out the bottleneck resourcespsila maximum utilization rate depend on the order circuitpsilas cycle. Studies the Petri net systemdasias naturally rate with the invariants and flow vectors. The optimizing allocation of resources is got based on maximum utilization rate of the bottleneck resources, and solves the model using the invariants and flow vectors. The simulation example indicates this resources optimizing allocation method is feasible and effective.
