Abstract :
It has been proved, according to international experience, that the clustering of the modern services industry is accompanied by the clustering of financial enterprises and the development of financial credit activities. This paper, on the basis of the analysis of regional financial credit activities, industrial structure adjustment modes, and their mutual acting and reacting mechanisms, carries out an analysis of the common factors- financial enterprise clustering along with the development of modern services industry cluster. With regard to the empirical test on the relationship between financial credit activities and industrial development in Shanghai by econometric methods, it has been proved that financial credit activities are a component of and an impetus to the development of the modern services industry, vigorously promoting the upgrade of regional industrial structures. Specifically, regional financial credit activities not only facilitate the formation of capital to improve the structure of output with an improved finance function, but also have a direct impact on corporate governance and enterprise operational mechanisms, as well as the regional industrial structure.
