Abstract :
Data from R&D employees across companies were used to test a innovation model of HMX(Horizontal Member Exchange), leaderpsilas innovation expectation, intrinsic motivation and employee innovative behavior in China background. Results suggest that HMX, leaderpsilas innovation expectation and intrinsic motivation positively contribute to employee innovation behavior; intrinsic motivations mediates the relationship between HMX, leaderpsilas innovation expectation and employee innovation behavior. Implications for innovation management are discussed. The research result would help deepen our understanding of the status quo of organizational innovation in China context.
