Abstract :
Cost management is very important portion of refinery production management. Production cost is a synthetic index which can reflect managerial level. How to effective control and manage production cost is a complex problem for refineries. We establish the production cost control and management system which have four functions of cost budget, cost monitor, cost check and cost analysis. The system procures favorable effect in practice.
