Abstract

Housing industrialization has provided a new flat for the real estate enterprise development. It has existed inevitability that the enterprise needs to adjust its development strategy. The real estate enterprise development strategy in the process of housing industrialization has been studied in this paper, and the intension of the real estate enterprise development strategy has also been analysed. Then some series of measures for the real estate enterprise to carry out in this process are summarized, so the reference effect on adjusting the real estate enterprise development strategy has been provided in it.
