Abstract
In order to make the supply chain system to service the final customers on time, it needs to carry on the rational distribution to each operation time, but the cost-cutting of each operation time is different, so needs to seek the best time distribution scheme under the minimization of total cost. Considering the discrete and continuous relationship between the cost and time, the total operation time distribution optimization models of the supply chain system are built. To verify the validity of the models, the calculation example is provided, and the discrete non-linear model is transformed to the 0-1 integer planning problem for calculating, finally the WINQSB Operation Research software is used to solve these problems, and it obtains the best time allocation scheme for the example.
