Abstract :
To improve manufacturing capability of national defense industry, the paper brings forward cutting tool life-cycle management problem. And then studies its key technology, including cutting tool resource classification and code technology, etc.. Further more, The paper lastly analysis and designs cutting tools life-cycle management system through IDEF methodology and then gives the key page of TLMS according to J2EE mode.
