Abstract :
In the process of management, many concepts and methods have indistinct concepts as human´s most thoughts and language, which therefore can be adapted to the quantitative operations of management based on the fuzzy mathematics. This article focuses on two impact-factors of personnel and organization, which mostly influnce the performance in refined safety management in the coal industry, and proposed a new method of comprehensive evaluating that based on fuzzy mathematics according to the related data analysis of Yanghe Coal Industry and Xinmin Coal Industry. This method can help us make quantitative analysis and decision on the performance of the coal refined safety management and promote the security performance of coal enterprises in China.
