    Technical analysis of the accessing of IN services from a SIP VoIP network is addressed, and some key technical issues, such as call state mapping and messages conversion schemes, are presented. A new functional entity for accessing IN services from a VoIP network - intelligent services gateway (ISG) - is introduced
