Abstract :
CW laser operation of Tm3+ in Czochralski-grown disordered NaY(WO4)2 crystals is demonstrated. The tunability extends from 1847 to 2069 nm. The maximum slope efficiency and output power amount to ap43% and ap400 mW, respectively.
