Abstract :
Broadband single-ended EO polymer modulators have been designed, fabricated and tested. These modulators have a bandwidth of 40.2 GHz, chirp parameter of -0.03, half-wave voltage of 1.9 V, extinction ratio of 20 dB and optical insertion loss of 5.8 dB.
