Abstract :
As an effective monitoring means of enterprises, performance evaluating indicator system is an important instrument of achieving their strategic management goal and implementing strategic plan in the strategic management context. Based on comparing corporate performance evaluating indicator systems with remedying defects of existing corporate performance evaluating indicator systems, this essay aims to establish a corporate strategic performance evaluating indicator system based on value chain.
