Abstract :
This paper deals with the problem of quantized feedback control for a class of nonlinear systems subject to time-varying delay. The nonlinearity is assumed to satisfy the local Lipschitz condition, and the system delay is supposed to be time-varying but bounded. Simultaneously, the maximum admissible Lipschitz constant through convex optimization is obtained. The purpose is to design the quantized feedback controller such that the resulting closed-loop system is asymptotically stable. Delay-dependent conditions for the existence of desired controller are obtained by using the delay partitioning technique. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method.
