Abstract :
The article shows how to efficiently introduce creative human capital of family enterprises, resolve the troubles, and disclose its relationship with regional economic sustainable growth. And may find the relationship between regional economic growth and creative human capital is single-directional, the article also have the opinion that, to some extent, creative human capital of family enterprises improves the sustainable development of economic in Yangtze River Delta region of China.
