Abstract :
A multi-wavelength erbium-doped fiber laser with a simple line-structure is achieved by employing a Sagnac interferometer. It is demonstrated to be quite stable at room temperature due to the four-wave mixing effect in the dispersion-shifted fiber inserted in the laser cavity.
