Abstract :
We experimentally demonstrate a tunable and reconfigurable optical complex weight finite impulse response filter using conversion dispersion based delays with optical multicasting and multiplexing. Tuning capabilities of the filter tap amplitudes (0-10 dB), phases (0-2π) and free spectral rage (~27 and 40 GHz) are experimentally demonstrated showing close agreement with theory.
