Abstract :
This paper focuses on the organization of SMEs cluster mutual guarantee. This paper applies game analysis and comparative study. Based on the classical theory of Expectation motivation theory, it compares a cluster of mutual guarantee before and after optimization of the dynamic game. On the conclusions the related proposals are concerned the core elements of valence, Expectancy and Instrumentality, including protections of rights and interests of SMEs in the cluster, the overall strength of SMEs to stimulate endogenous power enterprises, improvement of the incentive mechanism, optimizing the credit environment and the mutual guarantee system, enhancing the possibility of achieving performance, the implementation of preferential policies to enhance the organization´s stability.
