Construction of information system for anti-dumping accounting responding

It is fatal for a successful anti-dumping responding to provide accurate and in-time information including responder´s cost and market share, competitor´s cost and third country´s market price. Aiming at severe situation our country currently faces with and from the point of view of combination of information work and anti-dumping accounting, this article tentatively analyzes the types of information demands, information collection methods and processing methods at different market economy status on account of anti-dumping responding in foreign countries; additionally, it also combines the information and actual foreign trade, and constructs a information system for anti-dumping responding; put forwards some tentative proposals on the information collection and processing from such ways as collaboration of enterprises of same sector, response plans for different market economy status, employing excellent experienced lawyers from the anti-dumping claimer country, cooperating with the importers, communicating and coordinating with relevant government. It is expected that these tentative proposals might be some effective references of evading and responding foreign anti-dumping claims for our country´s enterprises, so as to improve the anti-dumping responding capacity of enterprises of our country and protect their vital interests.
