Abstract :
Establishes unique determinism in the relation of user´s requirement to source programs. The process to prove this is not presented here, but the process to determine the outcome, i.e. programs (SF) is presented. In addition. how SF is different from conventional programs is presented. Although SF and conventional programs are considered the same in terms of accomplishing objectives, the difference of their program structures explains that SF is a new definition of software
