Abstract :
Ultrafast laser optoperforation were applied to make hole less than 1 mum in diameter on lilium pollen wall. The pollen even after massive exclusion of pollen contents is germinant. Transfection with foreign genetic materials led us to find a unique features and opportunities in its application.
