Abstract :
The distribution of interests is a key part of the process of IUR cooperative technology innovation, and there are some potential conflicts between the main subjects of cooperative innovation. This paper firstly analyzes the main interest conflicts among the subjects of IUR cooperative technology innovation; secondly it constructs a dynamic game model of industry, UR and government; then it makes a general equilibrium analysis; at last it gives some enlightenment of the distribution of benefits.
