Abstract :
Sustainable development of the rural areas is the coordinated development strategy of all the main elements of population, resources, ecology, environment, industry and economics, which needs a stable and sustainable capital input and agricultural output, and the input and output target is the most basic means of production - land. Sustainable development of rural areas depends on the strategy of rational land distribution and agricultural industry layout. The use of land is the essential element, and land is the core element of the various development elements. Under the reasonable institution arrangements and the policies guidance, urban-rural land displacement makes use of the price difference to supply the scarcity funds for rural development, protect farmers not to lose their land, improve their living standards, also promote the improvement of rural infrastructure public service system, intensive operate agricultural industries, and provide continuous power for rural development.
