Abstract :
The rapid development of wireless communication technology along with the increasing usage of the Internet has promoted mobile business as well as significant increase in consumers. Third generation (3G) mobile phone becomes more and more popular in many countries. However, the development and popularity of 3G in China was hampered. To answer it, this paper analyzed the reasons behind through innovation diffusion theory (IDT) and technology acceptance model (TAM) perspectives. Some suggestions are also given to 3G business operators and researchers.
