Abstract :
Urban economic space system and urban ecological system constitute a coupling system. And this kind of coupling realized through the flow that is on the connections among elements. So the plus entropy flow of this coupling system can be considers to the ecological costs of system self-organization evolution. The research and analysis of this paper is started with those conclusions, and established in the geographical ecological system point, and based on the harmony theory of human-earth relationship, and used the method of complex system and evolvement economy. This paper analyses the coupling relationship of urban economic space system and urban ecological system, and constructs the coupling entropy model. And in this paper the coupling degree is regard as a state parameter when quantitative analyses the coupling process of urban economic space-ecological coupling system. Then put forward the way of measure the coupling entropy. Based on those researches above this paper construct the control mechanism model of ecological costs of urban economic space which can provide theory and method for the quantitative analysis the urban economic space-ecological coupling system, and then can analysis the structure of ecological costs and accounting system according to the system growth rate of resource consumption and system natural renew ability during the urban economic space evolution.
