Abstract :
This paper describes a procedure for the exact realisation of LC ladder finite transmission zeros in the log-domain. The synthesis of a third-order elliptic response proceeds by means of the recently identified Log-Domain State-Space (LDSS) and incorporates Ngarnmil´s et. al. “log-domain differentiator”. The resulting topology is compared to the pioneering design of Ferry and Roberts (1996) and is shown to provide a considerable improvement in linearity
