Abstract :
The online quality inspection system is important for promotion the production and qualified rate of Tailored Welded Blanks. This paper, on the analysis of the principle of structured light vision, establishes a post-welding inspection system for calculating and detecting the geometric parameters and defects of weld in tailored blanks laser welding. Image processing and extraction algorithms of the laser profiles and feature points are presented. Experiment was conducted with the visual inspection system using structured light and experimental results validate the effectiveness of the method.
