Abstract :
Relationship between logistics and economy is becoming closer and closer. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation system of regional logistics development is established, which is consisting of 3 primary indexes (core factor for logistics development, potential factor for logistics development, economic contribution factor for logistics development), and 13 secondary indexes. Principal component analysis approach is described and applied to the fuzzy synthetic evaluation analysis on each province in China, and data were obtained from the statistic data of 2007. The results show that the comprehensive index of regional logistics development of Hebei province in 2007 is 0.352352 points, rank 7th in 31 provinces, at the second level. Top 5 provinces of regional logistics development are Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and last 5 provinces are Guizhou, Hainan, Xizang, Qinghai, Ningxia.
