Abstract :
Today, the provision of food the population of the country to become one of the topical issues. In a globalizing world, where countries are becoming increasingly specialize in the export of certain goods and services all the more difficult to ensure food independence. However, every state has the duty to 70% to its population at the expense of resources of the national economy. The remaining 30% may be provided due to import from other countries. Thus there should be not only quantitative but also qualitative criteria to assess the permitted import food. In this paper a system of quality assessment food policy state which enables to determine the level of food security of the state.
