Technology transfer in American universities and current situation in this sphere in Russia

The concept of technology transfer (TT) is concluded in the transfer of results research following by universities in the commercial sector. This is identified as classical TT, and pertains to the process, result of fundamental and applied studies in universities, gained know-how, that are effectively transmitted to enterprises and introduced as products or processes. In this paper, technology transfer in American universities and the current situation in this sphere in Russia are outlined by the author
